If you have a loan, or you have purchased goods on credit, to the value of £25,000 or less, then there should be a Credit Agreement in place between you and the lender.

The content of the agreement has to conform to Regulations in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 - most credit agreements do not.

Checker makes you aware of your rights and it simplifies the way of finding out whether your Credit Agreement is compliant.

All you need is a copy of your agreement and you can complete the Checker process and find out whether it is compliant.

Complete the Checker questionnaire to determine the validity of your Credit Agreement. Click Here

Once you have completed the questionnaire and it is shown that your agreement is flawed you can use the Checker report to seek compensation or make a complaint.
